SPRING "Accountability Challenge"
Head into the spring riding season STRONG & FIT!

Maybe you've started the new year on the right track, but need more accountability with developing good habits in strength and nutrition, or maybe you are really struggling and need guidance and structure? Well, Rowdy Ryder Academy has ONE MORE online 8 week "accountability challenge" that starts on March 2nd! After these 8 weeks, you will feel stronger and fitter than ever before on the bike, ready to tackle spring rides with your friends, partner or social club! What is the challenge? 1) Perform 3 days per week strength training (program is provided by Tina and can be tailored to the individual based on fitness level and equipment available) 2) Tracking and meeting daily protein goals (tips, examples and suggestions will be provided) 3) Aiming to hit 10k steps per day. What do I get? Access to a private FB group to chat with Tina, and other members to help hold each other accountable and share wins/struggles/ask questions, and to stay motivated and disciplined! Why should I do these things? Strength training is KEY to improving our overall fitness, strength and longevity, especially as we age! Ensuring an adequate daily protein intake is crucial for promoting physical and metabolic health in aging females, helping maintain an active, independent lifestyle. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a simple, low-impact way to improve physical and mental health. It helps with weight management, strengthens muscles and bones, boosts cardiovascular and immune health, and enhances mood and sleep, all contributing to a longer, healthier life. NOTE- strength workouts are done on your own, there are no in person meetings or zoom meetings. All communication is done via the Facebook group!

Cancellation Policy
Private lessons and small group daily clinics, you may cancel your lesson up to 72 hours before the lesson begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancelation is made 12-72 hours, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days. Day of cancellations/those made within 12 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled. For 3 week courses, you may cancel your registration up to 2 weeks before the start date, to receive a refund. If cancelation is made within this time frame, you will receive a credit to participate in the next clinic session. Credit must be used within 90 days. All refunds will be processed minus a 3% + $0.30 processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.
